Blue Cable Socks
A little custom cable design that created a sock that’s just a tad too small…

Judy’s magic cast on 28 stitches across 4 needles.
Increase to 48 stitches.
Foot cable pattern:
- Row 1 : (K1, P1, K8, P1, K1) x 2, K to end of row
- Row 2 : (K1, P1, take off two stitches and hold to back, K2, K2 from cable needle, take off two stitches and hold to front, K2, K2 from cable needle, P1, K2) X 2, K to end of row
- Row 3 : repeat Row 1
- Row 4 : (K1, P1, K2, take off two stitches and hold to front, K2, K2 from cable needle, K2, P1, K1) X 2, K to end of row
Knit to 14.5 cm
Gusset : Increase every other row to 12 stitches per side
Reverse dutch heel, flap 12 stitches x 16 rows
Turn heel, decrease to 54 stitches (12 x 12 x 15 x 15), continue cable pattern across top stitches.
Work cable pattern to final length.
Complete w/ 8 rows of 1x1 rib, finish w/ JSSBO.
