1/2 Egg, coddled
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 T Lemon juice
1/2 Clove garlic
pinch Salt
1/4 t Ground pepper
2 Anchovies
1/2 t Dijon mustard
2 T + 2 t Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook egg for 45 seconds in boiling water
  2. Add ingredients to blender.
  3. With blender on, slowly add oil to emulsify.
