Linguine with Chicken in Peanut Sauce
|3||Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced|
|1 C||Chicken stock|
|2 T||Soy sauce|
|2 T||Liquid honey|
|2 T||Corn starch|
|1/4 C||Peanut butter|
|1||Red pepper, julienne|
- Saute chicken in oil until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine stock, honey, soy sauce, corn starch, and peanut butter, and cook until thickened.
