Amt Ingredient
300g Flour
1/2 t Baking Powder
3/8 t Salt
2 T Oil
180g Warm water


  1. Combine all ingredients into a dough.
  2. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut into 8 balls (50-60g each).
  4. Roll each ball to 1/4” thickness and cook on a griddle.
