Ride for cancer day 1!
First day of the virtual ride. A pleasant, short ride with some friends. Fantastic!

Well, the day 1 of the virtual Ride to Conquery Cancer finally came! For the first time this season I rode with a group as myself and a couple of friends hit the roads north of my house and I had the opportunity to share one of my favourite routes.
We made this a casual ride, good mid-distance ride, and it really was a delight. The weather was great–lots of sun with only a moderate headwind on the return part of the trip. And I forgot how much I enjoy riding with other people. Hopefully we can do this more!
