I looked at the sky and thought “eh, that rain looks like it’s gonna pass by”. It did not pass by. Definitely one of my wetter rides. The first half of the ride required a couple of breaks to let storms pass, and a slower pace to avoid water spraying in my face. But the back half was solid indeed.
This is also the first time I’ve done this particular link-up, and I really like it as a mid-distance ride. There’s some beautiful scenery to be had along the way, and some steady hill climbs that make for good practice.
