Instructions
- Combine rub ingredients and rub on chicken. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine marinade ingredients and let rest.
- Fry onion in oil until translucent (8 minutes).
- Add garlic, ginger, tomato paste, masala, and chilli and fry until fragrant (3 minutes).
- Add tomatos, sugar, and salt, and allow sauce to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Coat chicken in yogurt blend, and broil 10-18 minutes, flipping half-way through, until internel temperature reaches 160F.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes.
- Cut chicken into 1” cubes and add to sauce.
