Flour Tortillas
Ingredients

300g | Flour |
1/2 t | Baking Powder |
3/8 t | Salt |
2 T | Oil |
180g | Warm water |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a dough.
- Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 8 balls (50-60g each).
- Roll each ball to 1/4” thickness and cook on a griddle.
